This broth based soup is filled with whole grain pasta, lean ham, garlic and tender veggies - a delight any day!

1 | In a soup pot, combine all ingredients except lemon juice, ham, pasta and parsley. |
2 | Bring to a boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes until veggies are soft. Remove bay leaf. |
3 | Place in blender in batches and puree. Pour back into pot and bring to a boil. |
4 | Add lemon juice, pasta and ham and cook about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. |
5 | Stir in parsley and black pepper to taste. |
6 | ENJOY! |
