Thought mac 'n cheese was a No-No? Not anymore! Hot and homey, what could be better?

1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
2 | Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside. Heat milk in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until warm but not bubbling. Melt butter in a medium sized pan over low heat. |
3 | Mix flour and mustard together and slowly add to the melted butter. Whisk until there are no lumps. |
4 | Slowly add the warmed milk to the pan, whisking continuosly. Turn heat to medium and cook sauce for 3 minutes, while whisking, until thick. |
5 | Add cheese and cook sauce for 1 more minute until cheese is melted. |
6 | Mix cooked pasta and cheese sauce in a large bowl. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into the baking dish. Spread evenly. |
7 | Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes. (YIELD: 6 SERVINGS) |
