Ingredients:
2 Mission Hill Corn Tortillas
¼ cup fat free refried beans
1 cup pepper, diced
1 cup onion, diced
2 tbsp Sargento reduced fat shredded cheese
½ cup salsa
1 tsp olive oil
Cooking spray
Directions:
1 Sautee peppers and onions in olive oil
2 Heat up refried beans
3 Spray pan with cooking spray, place tortilla in pan and add all the ingredients. Fold the tortilla in half and cook on one side for 5 minutes or until well cooked, then flip and cook the other side
4 Enjoy with a side of corn and black beans
5 ENJOY!
