1 | Preheat oven to 425° F |
2 | Wash the zucchini and summer squash and cut into wedges (you can make them as big or small as you'd like). |
3 | Mix together with olive oil and salt and pepper. |
4 | Place on baking sheet, spreading evenly |
5 | Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy. |
6 | ENJOY! |
