This traditional Japanese soup is accented by green onions and ginger. A great way to introduce tofu into your diet.

1 | Bring broth to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the green onions, ginger, and garlic. |
2 | Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. |
3 | Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved. Add the tofu, cover and simmer for 10 minutes before serving. |
4 | ENJOY! |
