Ingredients:
1 Joseph's Low Carb Wrap
1/4 cup fat free refried beans
1/2 cup pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1 tsp olive oil
Cooking spray
Directions:
1 Sautee peppers and onions in olive oil
2 Heat up refried beans
3 Spray pan with cooking spray, place tortilla in pan and add all the ingredients. Fold the tortilla in half and cook on one side for 5 minutes or until well cooked, then flip and cook the other side
4 Enjoy with a side of corn and black beans
5 ENJOY!
