I saw the review that said average, they\'re crazy. I really have never dieted before and I drink whole milk. I\'m Italian and I love cheesecake, not to mention dessert. I never would have thought to add tofu to cheesecake but it\'s amazing! I can usually have 2-3 servings of cheesecake after dinner but this cheesecake is like a full meal! It is just delicious. I saw the caramel cheesecake recipe on this site so I just drizzled chocolate and fat free caramel sauce over this cheesecake. It isn\'t quite like normal cheesecake but that is a good thing. It is like a new version of cheesecake! I imagine making it without the crust would be even less calories and more flavor. I am watching what I eat because I\'m basically bedridden recovering from injuries and illness so I am a real first time \"dieter\". But if this is diet food, sign me up!! OF IMPORTANT NOTE !!! 3/4 LBS. = 12 OUNCES =3/4 CUP. As to why they couldn\'t say that - you tell me.
