We love the plank exercise because it's one of the best ways to strengthen, shrink and tighten your stomach and stabilize your spine. Here's a great follow-up to our previous 10 Different Plank Exercises video - Stephen Cabral rolls out 5 more ways to plank! These planks are meant to be progressive, so once you master one of them, move on to the next variation. Aim for about 60 seconds of each (or 20-30 reps).
